*Limitation of Liability – The customer agrees that the liability of “Make You A Website” shall not exceed the total amount paid under any agreement.
*Privacy Policy and Record Retention – “Make You A Website” does retain your email address, physical address, phone number and name for future, occasional email marketing and for use while making/maintaining your website. We will not sell or give away your information to any third party. If you do not want us to retain your information or send you future marketing emails, please email us via the “Contact” page.
*Writing Legal Terms/Pages – “Make You A Website” can’t write up legal terms/pages for customers, because this would be practicing law without a license. “Make You A Website” will rely on customers to provide their legal terms/pages.
